Today was the first full day of spring, and it certainly lived up to its billing. I rode in sunny conditions, 52° when I started and 56° when I finished. I was fighting a bit of wind that varied between a gentle breeze and a pretty healthy gust.
On the way out on my first round trip I stopped at a pond which my trail (then going over one of its several boardwalks) skirts, just west of State Rd., and took this picture.
For the second consecutive day, I rode consecutive round trips to Marsh Park, and today covered the 18 miles in a slightly slower time than yesterday (2:20 vs. 2:12), due to the wind.
