This morning I waited and rode later than I usually like to, going at 10:15 (68°), and settled for riding consecutive round trips to Marsh Park. (I held my mileage down as my 'battle wounds' on my left thigh and left ankle were still disturbingly uncomfortable.) After 18.7 miles of riding in 2:06, the bright summer sunshine had brought the temperature up to 80°.
Just before I rode, Michelle was kind to take some pictures of my on the trike in the road around our complex just in front of our garage.
