This morning I went out at 7:30 in heavy fog (and cool—61°) and rode a round trip to Marsh Park. Since I'm now faced with the long, arduous task of rebuilding my stamina—before my fall and injury a week ago today I could ride 30 or 40 miles or more with no problem. So today on the way home, I turned into Stonebridge and did a lap in there, for a total ride of 13.0 miles in 1:19.
