This morning, I did my longest ride yet since restarting after my injury last week—consecutive round trips to Marsh Park, for 18.4 miles in a relatively speedy 1:41. (I kept reminding myself, take care, and whatever you do, DON'T FALL! But don't be lazy, either—work at it, and push yourself along!)
I can definitely tell that fall is approaching, though! When I began, at 7:45, it was 62°, and though it had heated up to 65° by the time I finished, my t-shirt and shorts, as well as the steady breeze and cloudiness, almost made it feel brisk!
