It may be clearly spring now, but winter is releasing its grip on us only reluctantly. This morning's cool ride began at 8:45 in a 44° gray chill (that climbed, however, to 47° when I was done), and the temperature made me glad for every bit of warmth provided by the jacket I wore over my t-shirt and hoodie. At least there was virtually no wind today, but an intermittent light drizzle helped keep me from overheating.
I did consecutive round trips to Marsh Park again today (in 2:06), once more without any discomfort whatsoever, and as of now I'm planning to ramp up to 3 round trips tomorrow.
